Since 1885 Wilkin & Sons have grown fruit in Tiptree in Essex on their farm and are renown for their high quality preserves and marmelades. 1911 the company received the first royal warrant from King George V., 1954 followed a warrant from her Majesty The Queen.

Ingredients; Sugar, Butter (milk), Lemon Juice (11%) Egg Yolk, Whole Egg, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Lemon Oil. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
