Please note that the Clotted Cream is chilled and pasteurised and is suitable for sending through the post but it must be chilled upon arrival to preserve the long life. We send orders containing Clotted Cream from Monday to Thursday lunchtime only to guarantee delivery before the weekend. Please put back into the fridge as soon as you receive it. Kept chilled and unopened the cream can keep up to 6 months, once opened use within a few days.
